2003年からは、亡くなられた松岡さんの意思を引き継いで、大橋一三さんが店を切り盛りしている。「古くからのお客さんに『変わってないね』って言っていただくのが1番嬉しいですね」と大橋さん。独特の内装や一見の客でも気軽に楽しめる気取りのない接客など、松岡さんが残した空気感をいつまでもこの場所に停めたいと願っている。
Now the pub is run by Kazumi Ohashi with the cherished desire of the late Matsuoka. “I feel really happy when our longtime customer says nothing has been changed in this place,” said Ohashi.He hopes to keep all the things left by Matsuoka such as the unique interior decoration and unpretentious hospitality that welcomes first-time customers, too.
